Dear [first-name],
City of Yes is our once-in-a-generation chance to reform some very outdated and rather nonsensical pieces of zoning code that are holding us back. We're mere weeks from City Council voting on City of Yes for Housing Opportunity and if they don't include citywide elimination of parking mandates, the entire proposal could be only HALF as effective at creating the new homes we urgently need.
Lifting parking mandates will also create more union jobs and follow the priorities of 74% of New Yorkers who support doing so.
It's crunch time! Use our templates to call or email your Councilmembers today. Tell them we need citywide elimination of parking mandates in City of Yes. |

| This season of giving, power the work for people-centered streets |
We believe everyone should have access to safe, joyful public space. And your support allows our team to stay nimble in fiercely pursuing outcomes that make New York a better place to live, work, and play. |

We must not allow Councilmember Paladino's negative rhetoric against diversity and newcomers to prevail. City of Yes, will build new housing, ensuring that everyone can live and thrive in our city. |
